On this flower new moon evening, we will reset and find rest before the ascension holiday with a deeply nourishing yoga nidra accompanied by sound healing. This session will activate inner light codes and make you feel refreshed and replenished.
We will begin the evening with gentle movements, soothing pranayama, and mantra to open the energy body. After, we will lie down and rest in the sacred yogic sleep for around 60 minutes with lots of space to open up to the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and other nourishing sounds.

On this evening, we will combine the heart-opening medicine of cacao and chanting with the nourishing practice of Yoga Nidra. Before we will enter a Yoga Nidra practice, we will drink ceremonial cacao and open the space with mantras and medicine songs to tap into the depths of the heart space. Open yourself to be deeply nourished and lay down to receive the wisdom of the practice of Yoga Nidra.
